All fitness plans, meal plans, and bundled plans sold through BW are custom digital products created specifically for each customer based on the information provided during checkout.
Due to the personalized nature of these products, all sales are final.
Refunds, returns, exchanges, chargebacks, and cancellations are not offered once a purchase has been completed and intake information has been submitted.
Customers are encouraged to review product details and contact us with any questions before making a purchase.
If there is an issue with your order or you do not receive your plan within the stated delivery timeframe of 24–72 hours, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
