All products sold through BraxWack are digital products.

No physical items are shipped.

Custom fitness plans, meal plans, and bundled plans are delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout.

Orders are typically completed and delivered within 24–72 hours after purchase and submission of all required intake information.

If you do not receive your plan within this timeframe, please contact us at braxwack@braxwack.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
