• All fitness plans, meal plans, and bundled plans are custom digital products created specifically for the customer based on the information provided during checkout.
• Plans are intended for educational and informational purposes only and are not medical advice.
• Customers are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any fitness or nutrition program.
• Results are not guaranteed and depend on individual effort, consistency, adherence, and other factors outside of our control.
• Plans are for individual use only and may not be copied, shared, resold, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
• Delivery of custom plans is typically completed within 24–72 hours after purchase and submission of intake information.
• Due to the customized nature of these products, all sales are final and refunds are not offered once work has begun on a customer’s plan.
• BraxWack reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or update these terms at any time.
