• All fitness plans, meal plans, and bundled plans are custom digital products created specifically for the customer based on the information provided during checkout.
• Plans are intended for educational and informational purposes only and are not medical, nutritional, or professional healthcare advice. Nothing provided by BraxWack is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
• Customers are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any fitness, exercise, or nutrition program.
• Results are not guaranteed and depend on individual effort, consistency, adherence, genetics, lifestyle factors, and other circumstances outside of our control.
• Plans are for individual use only and may not be copied, shared, resold, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
• Delivery of custom plans is typically completed within 24–72 hours after purchase and submission of intake information.
• Due to the customized nature of these products, all sales are final and refunds are not offered once work has begun on a customer’s plan.
• BraxWack reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or update these terms at any time.
